**Refund Policy**

At Kentucky Shores Family Fun Center, we do not offer refunds. However, we understand that situations may arise where an exchange is necessary. Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.

If you have any questions or need assistance with an exchange request, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to resolve your issue within our exchange guidelines.

**Rain Check**

Worry-Free weather Guarantee is activated when the weather causes a of our attractions to close during your visit or at the discretion of park management.  You must bring your ticket to the front counter to receive your worry-Free weather pass to be stapled to your receipt and signed by management to redeem at a later date. 

**Outside Food and Drink Policy**

Outside food and drinks, including cakes, and other desserts are not permitted.

**Walk in Party Policy**

Walk in birthday parties (bringing in cakes and/or decorations) without a booked party are not permitted.
